On 5-7 May, Flyger holds its first meeting of regional sales managers in 2019 in Chengdu, which is hosted by the Chief Marketing Director, and attended by the General Manager, the Chief Business Director and major regional sales managers and industry managers.
The Chief Marketing Officer analyses and summarises the market sales and contract execution in Q1. He points out that the sales in Q1 have achieved greater growth than the same period last year, and the industry development is more balanced, which is well received by users and partners. He also outlines the sales plan for the next phase of marketing, and advocates the continuation of value-based services to provide clients with more complete valve solutions. Regional managers and industry managers also make special reports and analyses around the regional and industry sales, and put forward the current issues that require coordinated solutions and the next phase of work plan.
At the end of the meeting, the General Manager presents the appointment letters to the new regional managers and industry managers, and proposes his requirements that all they have well-defined goals and firm confidence, adhere to the service philosophy that centres around clients' benefits, strengthen team work, and work closely with dealers to better provide users with quality products and value-based services, and achieve the mutual benefits of Flyger, dealers and users.
